Our 2007 Rose is made up entirely of Merlot grapes from our very own Jackson Park estate vineyards, which is located adjacent to the winery. As seen by the brilliant crimson hue and captivating nose, emphasis is placed on maintaining the true integrity of the harvested fruit's color and flavor. Bright and sweet flavors of strawberry, pomegranate and raspberry, coupled with a refreshing acidity, make this a perfect start to any summer dinner party. The fresh, crisp character of this wine is best enjoyed when chilled slightly.
